1. Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Rates are per room per night and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The resort reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's tariff. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Special event and festive season bookings may have different cancellation policies.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests and staff. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to vacate the premises in case of misconduct. Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.

5. Adventure Activities

Participation in adventure activities such as river rafting, trekking, and zip-lining is at the guest's own risk. Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our certified activity guides. The resort will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during these activities. Certain activities may have age and health restrictions.

6. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at The Ganga Story. Service animals are welcome with prior arrangement and documentation.

7. Liability

The Ganga Story is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The resort is not liable for any disruptions caused by natural events, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

The Ganga Story reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
